Ratatouille Nachos Recipe
Ingredients
| 24 round nacho tortilla chips | ||
| 1 cup Ratatouille Salsa | ||
| 1 cup shredded mild Asiago | ||
Directions
1. Arrange nachos in a single layer on baking sheet. Top each with about 2 tsp (10 mL) salsa; sprinkle with cheese. Place under preheated broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Watch carefully; serve warm.
