Ratatouille Bruschetta With Feta Recipe
|6 thick slices crusty Italian bread|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|1 cup Ratatouille Salsa|
|Feta cheese||1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley crumbled|
|6 Kalamata olives, pitted and slivered|
1. Toast both sides of bread on a barbecue grill or under broiler; brush one side lightly with olive oil. Spread with salsa; sprinkle with feta cheese and Kalamata olive slivers. Cut into halves, if desired.
