 6 thick slices crusty Italian bread
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 1 cup Ratatouille Salsa
 Feta cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley crumbled
 6 Kalamata olives, pitted and slivered

Directions

1. Toast both sides of bread on a barbecue grill or under broiler; brush one side lightly with olive oil. Spread with salsa; sprinkle with feta cheese and Kalamata olive slivers. Cut into halves, if desired.
