Ratatouille Bruschetta With Feta Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 thick slices crusty Italian bread | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup Ratatouille Salsa | ||
| Feta cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley crumbled | |
| 6 Kalamata olives, pitted and slivered | ||
Directions
1. Toast both sides of bread on a barbecue grill or under broiler; brush one side lightly with olive oil. Spread with salsa; sprinkle with feta cheese and Kalamata olive slivers. Cut into halves, if desired.
