Ingredients

 
2 pkgs. (10oz. each) frozen raspberries, thawed (do not drain)
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
 
2 teaspoons cornstarch
 
Few grains salt
 
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
 
1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel

Directions

Sieve raspberries into a saucepan; discard seeds.
Combine sugars, cornstarch, and salt.
Stir into raspberries.
Bring rapidly to boiling, stirring constantly; boil about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and peel.
Cool; chill thoroughly.
