1 1/4 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry flavored gelatin
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen raspberries, partially thawed
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 large banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Pour boiling water over gelatin in a bowl.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add partially thawed berries and stir until berries are completely thawed.
Chill until mixture is slightly thickened.
Stir the undrained pineapple, banana, and nuts into the gelatin.
Turn into a 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
Unmold onto chilled serving plate.
