Ingredients
3 cups ripe strawberries or raspberries
Juice of 2 lemons
2 1/2 cups Basic Sugar Syrup
Directions
Rub fruit through nylon sieve.
Add lemon juice.
Add syrup and a little coloring if necessary.
Pour into ice-cube tray.
Chill; freeze.
