Raspberry Fluff Recipe
Over the years I perfected the art of making this Raspberry Fluff which was taught to me by my elders. Stock up on more and more Fruits as you will want to make this Raspberry Fluff time and again. If it is an impressive Dessert that you require, then this dish is the answer. I shall look forward to your comments on this recipe.
Ingredients
20 graham wafers, crushed
1/4 c. (packed) brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 3-oz. package raspberry gelatin
Juice of 1 orange
1 15-oz. can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients; press into 13 x 9-inch pan, reserving 1/4 of the mixture for topping.
Chill.
Combine juices with 3/4 cup boiling water.
Stir in gelatin until dissolved; cool until partially set.
Chill milk in refirgerator tray for 20 minutes or until ice crystals form.
Whip milk to form peaks; beat in sugar.
Fold gelatin mixture into whipped milk; pour over crumb mixture.
Chill until firm.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
