Raspberry Crowned Yams Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 medium sized yams, cooked and peeled | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar | ||
| Raspberries package | 1 , frozen | |
Directions
Cut yams lengthwise into halves.
Place in a shallow baking pan.
Cream butter with brown sugar.
Sprinkle cut surfaces of yams with salt, then spread with creamed mixture.
Top each half with a spoonful of raspberries and syrup.
Heat in a 350°F oven about 20 minutes.
