Raspberry Angel Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 tbsp. gelatin
 
3 eggs, separated
 
2 c. milk
 
1 c. sugar
 
1 c. raspberries
 
2 c. cream, whipped
 
1 c. miniature marshmallows
 
1/2 c. pecans
 
1 angel food cake

Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Beat yolks; add milk and sugar.
Mix well.
Cook in top of double boiler over hot water until mixture coats spoon.
Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Cool; add raspberries.
Fold in whipped cream, beaten egg whites, marsh- mallows and pecans.
Line bottom of oiled tube pan with pieces of angel cake.
Pour half the raspberry mixture over cake; add another layer of cake and remaining gelatin mixture.
Chill until set.
Garnish with whipped cream.
