Raspberry Whip Recipe
Ingredients

| Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream - 1 family block | ||
| Milk | 1 Pint | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chocolate Grated | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Place the apricots into the blender along with the syrup
2) Strain the pulp into a bowl
3) Using an electric mixer, whisk the ice cream and milk till frothy
4) Add in the lemon juice and the apricots
5) In a serving bowl, pour in the mixture
SERVING
6) Serve with some grated chocolate
