Raspberry Sauce Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberries package | 1 , frozen | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup' red currant jelly | ||
| 1/4 cup Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur | ||
| Vanilla ice cream | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Take the container of electic blender and put raspberries in it and blend until thick smooth paste is formed.
2.Drain and remove the seeds.
In a bowl, mix cornstarch with water.
3.Take a small saucepan and put raspberry mixture with cornstarch and put them on low flame.
4.Stir the mixture continuously for 5 minutes until thick.
5.Put sugar and jelly in the apn and continue stirring.
6.Add liqueur in the pan and turn off the heat.
7.Refrigerate.
SERVING
8.Top on vanilla icecream and serve.
