Raspberry Sauce Using Raspberry Liqueur Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen Unsweetened Raspberries - 1 pack, 300 grams | ||
| Fruit or Berry Sugar - 2 tablespoon | ||
| Raspberry jam | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Raspberry Liqueur - 2 tablespoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Drain the raspberries and reserve the juice
2) Into a blender, add the raspberries, sugar and jam
3) Blend till smooth
4) Sieve the pulp into a bowl to remove the seeds
5) Add the liqueur
6) Ad d the reserved juice into the sauce to thin a little bit
7) Check for sweetness and add more sugar if required
8) Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
SERVING
9) Serve with some good vanilla ice-cream
