 Raspberries package2 , frozen
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch2 Teaspoon
 Few grains salt teaspoon lime juice

Directions

1. Force raspberries through a sieve into a saucepan; discard seeds. Combine the sugars, cornstarch, and salt; stir into raspberries.
2. Bring rapidly to boiling, stirring constantly; boil about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and peel. Set aside to cool. Chill thoroughly.
