Raspberry Refrigerator Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberries package | 2 , frozen | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Marshmallows | 50 Large | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dream Whip | ||
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
Directions
Heat raspberries with water, sugar, and lemon juice.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup water; stir into raspberries and cook until thickened and clear.
Cool.
Melt marshmallows in milk over boiling water in a double boiler.
Cool thoroughly.
Whip cream or Dream Whip and fold into marshmallow mixture.
Mix.graham cracker crumbs, nuts, and butter in a 13x9x2-1/2 inch pan.
Press firmly into bottom of pan.
Spread marshmallow cream mixture over crumbs.
Spread raspberry mixture over top.
Refrigerate until firm.
