Raspberry Puree Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup burgundy wine | ||
| Raspberries | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), strained | |
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
Strain through a fine-meshed sieve.
Cover and refrigerate until needed.
