Raspberry Preserves Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 tsp low-calorie pectin
1 tsp granulated sugar replacement
Directions
Place raspberries in top of double boiler and cook over boiling water until soft and juicy.
As they cook, crush berries against sides of double boiler.
Add pectin and sugar replacement.
Blend in thoroughly.
Cook until medium thick.
