|Frozen unsweetened raspberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced peeled pear/Sliced peeled apples||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Almond extract||2 Drop (Few Drops Required)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans / almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Do not drain.
In a large bowl combine granulated sugar and the 1 tablespoon flour.
Stir in berries, pears, orange juice, and almond extract.
Transfer to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
In a medium bowl combine brown sugar, oats, and the 1/4 cup flour.
Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in nuts.
Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
