Raspberry Mallow Recipe
This Raspberry Mallow is a wonderful recipe to serve to your family and friends. Sometimes I feel amazed about the ease at which I whip up this Raspberry Mallow; it gives out so inviting that anyone would fall for it. Believe me, this Raspberry Mallow is worth trying!
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Graham wafer crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
24 large marshmallows Or 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) package raspberry jelly powder
Combine well and press in a 9x9 pan
1 cup boiling water
1 (15 oz.) package frozen raspberries
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Heat milk and marshmallows in top of double boiler until melted.
Cool.
Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water, and stir in frozen raspberries.
Let partially set then pour onto Graham crust.
When marshmallow mixture is cool, beat well and fold in the whipped cream.
Spread on top of jelly mixture.
Refrigerate 4 or 5 hours before serving.
