Ingredients

 
1/4 cup (60 ml) margarine
 
3/4 GUP (180 ml) brown sugar
 
1 egg
 
1/3 CUp (80 ml) melted butter
 
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
 
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) flour
 
1/2 tsp (2 ml) baking soda
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
 
1/2 tsp (2 ml) cream of tartar raspberry jelly

Directions

–  Preheal oven to 375 °F(190 °C).
–  In a bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir well.In a separate bowl, stir all dry ingredients. Add to first mixture.
–  Shape into small pastry balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Cool, then join two cookies with raspberry jelly
