1 package (8-serving size) or 2 packages (4-serving size) Brand Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
3/4 cup cran-raspberry juice Ice cubes
1 tub (8 ounces) Whipped
Topping, thawed
Large green gumdrops
Sugar
Frosted cranberries" (optional)
Raspberry Sauce
Directions
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Mix juice and ice cubes to make 1 3/4 cups.
Stir into gelatin until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold raspberry loaf onto serving plate.
Place gumdrops in a row on smooth flat surface or sheet of waxed paper sprinkled with sugar.
Flatten into long strips with rolling pin, turning frequently to coat with sugar.
Cut into 1-inch-wide strips with sharp knife.
Place on raspberry loaf to resemble a ribbon.
Cut 7 (3x1-inch) strips; form strips into a bow.
Place bow on ribbon.
Garnish with Frosted Cranberries.
Serve with Raspberry Sauce.
