Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
 
2 cups raspberries
 
1/2 cup sugar
 
1 tbsp lemon juice
 
1/2 tbsp lemon peel, grated
 
1/2 oz Grand Marnier or other liqueur

Directions

In a food processor, mix all ingredients until creamy.
Pour into a large airtight container.
Freeze around 2 hours or until mixture looks granular but not frozen solid.
Pour again into food processor.
Grind until creamy.
Freeze once more so mixture hardens.
Before serving, let soften 10 minutes or so.
Grind again for a creamier texture, if desired.
