Raspberry Fool And Strawberries Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberries | 500 Gram, halved | |
| Raspberries | 250 Gram | |
| Icing Sugar | 3 Tablespoon, sifted | |
| 1 cup whipping cream, whipped strawberry leaves to decorate | ||
Directions
1. Place the strawberries in 6 individual dishes.
2. Rub the raspberries through a nylon sieve, then mix in the icing sugar. Whisk into the cream, then spoon over the strawberries. Chill for at least 20 minutes
