Ingredients

 Raspberries300 Gram
 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
 150 g plain low-fat yogurt
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Vanilla essence1/2 Teaspoon
 Mint sprig4

Directions

Put all the ingredients (except for the mint) in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Transfer to ramekins and cover with clingfilm.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
