Raspberry Cream Gelatin Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. sugar-free raspberry gelatin mix | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raspberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
Directions
Put the gelatin powder in a large mixing bowl.
Add the boiling water and stir until the powder is dissolved.
Add the sour cream and cold water.
Stir to mix.
Arrange the raspberries in four dessert bowls.
Pour the gelatin mixture over the raspberries.
Chill until set, about 3-4 hours.
