Raspberry Coulis Dessert Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| 1/2 cup no sugar added seedless raspberry fruit spread | ||
| Orange liqueur | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, flavored | |
Directions
Place raspberries in blender or food processor; cover and blend until smooth.
Strain into small bowl using double thickness of cheesecloth; discard seeds.
Add fruit spread and liqueur to raspberry puree; mix well.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
