Raspberry Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberry syrup - 1/4 gill | ||
| Dry gin - 1/4 gill | ||
| Lime juice - 1/8 gill | ||
| Grenadine syrup - 2 dashes | ||
| Maraschino - 1 dash | ||
| Ginger ale | 1/3 Pint | |
| Ice - 1 lump | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a tall glass, put ice lump and pour Dry Gin on top.
2. Add Lime Juice, Raspberry Syrup, Grenadine Syrup and Ginger Ale; stir well.
SERVING
3. Add a dash of Maraschino and serve.
TIPS
Sweetness can be adjusted by omitting Grenadine Syrup and altering the quantity of Raspberry Syrup.
