Raspberry Conserve Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberries | 4 Pound | |
| Sugar | 4 Pound | |
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) |
Directions
Simmer the raspberries gently in a large pan in their own juice for about 15 minutes. Add the sugar, stir until dissolved, then bring to a fast rolling boil. Add a small knob of butter and boil until setting point (110°C/220°F) is reached - in about 10 minutes. To test for setting point.
