Raspberry Bavarian Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberry package | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pint strawberry ice cream | ||
| Raspberries package | 2 , frozen | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin with boiling water.
Mix in sour cream until well mixed.
Transfer mixture to blender.
Add ice cream and blend well.
Transfer mixture back to bowl; add raspberries and lemon juice.
Stir until raspberries break up and mixture thickens.
Refrigerate overnight.
Mix in sour cream until well mixed.
