Raspberries With Peach Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
16 oz. frozen peach slices
3 tsp granulated fructose
1/3 cup cold water
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
2 cup fresh raspberries
Directions
Combine frozen peach slices, fructose, water, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a food processor.
Process until mixture is a slush.
Add yogurt and process until smooth.
Arrange about two-thirds to three-fourths of the raspberries in four stemmed glasses or cups.
Spoon the peach slush over the top of the raspberries.
Garnish with remaining fresh raspberries.
