Raschke's Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb 80/20 ground beef | ||
| Onions | 2 Large, sliced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 pretzel buns, (traditionally used was hamburger buns) | ||
| Horseradish | 3 Tablespoon, divided | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix together the beef and the salt and pepper. Form into 3 large balls and place in a sauté pan. Cover with onions, garlic and water. Place the pan on the stove on a medium heat and simmer for 60 minutes.
Place the Raschke Burger on a bun, along with all the juices, and on the other bun spread 1 tbls of horseradish. Serve and Enjoy!
