A Simple Rasberry and White chocolate Parfait Recipe.

Ingredients
300 GMS EGG YOLK
300 GMS EGG WHOLE
200 GMS SUGAR
10 GMS ORANGE ZEST
100 GMS WATER
1200 GMS WHIPPED CREAM
900 GMS WHITE CHOCOLATE
200 grams rasberry puree
geletin 5 grams
Directions
boil orange zest wth water and strain water out to remove bitterness. boil rasberry puree and add geletin let it melt.
cream eggs and sugar till smooth.add orange zest. add puree and melted white chocolate saperately and mix both the mixtures saperately and at last fold whipped cream.
mould in shape u like and garnish it your way.serve cold.
