Ingredients
1/2 tsp chilli pdr
5 grams coriander pdr
5 grams cumin pdr
1 piece garlic
2 pint green chillies
1 pinch hing
1 tsp jeera
1 to taste little fenugreek (methi) seeds
1 pinch medium sized tomato
2 grams Mustard
1 small onion optional
3/4 tsp peppers
2 number red chillis
1 to taste salt
1/4 tsp tamarind paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp urad dal
