Rasa Recipe
Ingredients
Onion-1 small, finely chopped
Ghee-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder-1 tablespoon
Red chili powder-1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala-1 teaspoon
Onion-1 small, ground
Garlic-4 cloves, crushed
Green ginger-1 teaspoon, grated
Tomato paste -3 tablespoons
Plain yogurt -3 tablespoons
Warm water -1 1/4cups
Salt- to taste
Directions
MAKING
1)In a pan, heat ghee and sauté onion until golden.
2)Then, add next 6 ingredients and sauté.
3)Add tomato and yogurt and cook until ghee separates.
4)Add water, salt and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat.
SERVING
5)Pour the gravy on desired vegetable of meat dish and cook a bit to incorporate flavors. Serve.
