Ranith Gada Recipe
Ranith Gada is a delicious kashmiri fish recipe. Ranith Gada gets its taste from fish mixed with chili powder and garam masala. Ranith Gada is inspired by many restuarants acround the world.
Ingredients
| Fish | 2 Kilogram | |
| Mustard oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red chilli powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Aniseed powder 1 tsp | ||
| Cloves | 3 inch | |
| Asafoetida A pinch | ||
| Garam masala powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Fry the fish pieces in oil till golden brown.
Keep aside.
In the leftover oil of the pan, add 1 litre water and all the ingredients other than the garam masala powder.
Stir occasionally and bring to a boil.
Add fried fish pieces and continue to cook on medium heat till the gravy thickens and the oil floats in the top.
Finally sprinkle garam masala powder.
