Rancho Beef Bake Recipe
Going by its popularity in my family, Rancho Beef Bake will surely allure your family members too. I have a weakness for Beef, thus I prepare this recipe often. I am certain both of us will be in agreement that this Rancho Beef Bake is really delicious.
Ingredients
1 pound can beans in barbecue sauce
1-pound can tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup Mashed Potato Flakes
1 egg
1 packet onion soup mix
1/4 cup catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine beans and tomatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish; spread evenly.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Shape into about twenty one 1 1/2-inch meat balls.
Arrange in three rows on top of beans.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Drop Biscuits by tablespoonfuls into two rows between meat balls.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
