Ranch Picnic Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 medium potatoes cooked, peeled and sliced | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
| 1 cup Original Salad Dressing | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped | ||
| Paprika | ||
Directions
In large bowl, combine potatoes, celery, onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
In small bowl, stir mustard into salad dressing; pour over potatoes and toss lightly.
Cover and refrigerate several hours.
Sprinkle with eggs and paprika.
