 Ground beef3 Pound

 1 tablespoon comino seeds
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 4 tablespoons Gebhardt's chili powder
 Worcestershire sauce4 Tablespoon
 1 large red pepper pod, seeded and cut into small strips
 Tomato sauce2 Can (10oz)
 Hot water1 Quart
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Cook meat, stirring until brown, in a large, heavy Dutch oven or iron skillet with a lid.
Add onion.
Keeping heat as low as possible, add comino seeds, garlic salt, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper pod, tomato sauce, hot water and salt.
Simmer, covered, over very low heat for at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
This is a mild and flavorful chili, recommended for the faint-hearted.
