1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
1 jigger dry gin
1 egg white
3 to 4 drops orange flower water
1 jigger rich milk or cream
1 squirt Seltzer water
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 drops vanilla
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
Put all the ingredients, in the order given, in a cocktail shaker.
Fill with crushed ice (the ice should not be too fine since lumps are needed to whip the egg white and cream to a froth).
Shake long and steadily until mixture thickens.
Strain into a tall, thin highball glass.
