Punjabi Rajma Masala Recipe

| Rajma | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Soak over night and pressure cooker till 5 whistle and take it out) | |

| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed) | |
| Onion | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Ginger | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Haldi | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Jeera powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander powder | 2 Teaspoon (Dhaniya powder) | |
| Garam masala | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon (For Seasoning) | |
| Jeera seeds | 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning) | |
| Bay leaves | 4 (For Seasoning) | |
| Hing | 1 Pinch (For Seasoning) |

Directions
When it splutter,add bay leaves,chopped ginger and garlic,onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
Then add haldi,jeera pd,red chilli pd,dhainya pd,tomato and fry till oil seprates and tomato become mashy.
Now add cooked rajma,salt,water,garam masala and cook till gravy becomes thick.
Then add chopped coriander and ready to serve with Rice and Chapati
