Punjabi Rajma Masala Recipe
Ingredients
Rajma-1cup(Soak over night and pressure cooker till 5 whistle and take it out)
Coriander for Garnishing
Salt to taste
Water as required
Onion-1Big(finely chopped)
Tomato-1Medium(finely chopped)
Ginger and Garlic -1tsp(finely chopped)
Haldi-1/2tsp
Jeera Powder-1tsp
Redchilli Powder-1tsp
Dhainya Powder-2tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
For Seasoning:-
Oil-1tbsp
Jeera Seeds-1tsp
Bay Leaves-4
Hing-Pinch
Directions
In a pan add Oil when it is hot add cumin seeds.
When it splutter,add bay leaves,chopped ginger and garlic,onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
Then add haldi,jeera pd,red chilli pd,dhainya pd,tomato and fry till oil seprates and tomato become mashy.
Now add cooked rajma,salt,water,garam masala and cook till gravy becomes thick.
Then add chopped coriander and ready to serve with Rice and Chapati
