Ingredients

 
soaked and boiled rajma-1cup,2tsp-madras curry pd,1,greenchillies,2-cinanmon,2-cloves,1-onion,1-tomato,8-cashewnuts,8-almonds,salt for taste,oil-2tsp,coriander for decoration.
 
soak almonds and cashewnuts toegther and blend it smooth paste.

Directions

first boiled the soaked rajma in cooker for 4 to 5 whistle,and keep till it becomes cool.then drain water and keep aside.keep pan on a gas.put 2tsp oil,when it is heat put cinnamon,cloves,onion,greenchilles fry till it changes colour,then add tomato and fry till it becomes soft.after that put boiled rajma,pinch redchillipd,curry masala pd and stir for a while.then add soaked and grinded almond and cashewnuts paste ,water little,salt and close the lid till bubbles come s and when it becomes thick take it out and adding chopped coriander.

Hi I always wondered: when you fry the cloves, you then remove them from the dish or you keep em? Cause bite one of those is really "dangerous" :)
