Rajma Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cups rajma ( red kidney beans )
1/2 count finely chopped onions
1 count finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 count green chillies
1 tsp jeera
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp chopped corrainder leaves
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Powders :
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
3 pinches turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli powder
3/4 tsp corrainder powder
Directions
* Soak the red kidney beans over night and cook in pressure cooker for 4 whistles or till boiled. Then open the cooker and mash lightly.
* In a pan pour oil, put jeera, finely sliced onion, slit green chillies and finely sliced ginger and fry till light brown.
* Now add the chopped tomatoes and fry till it is mashed.
* Now add all the powders and 1/2 cup water and boil for 2 mins.
* Put the boiled rajma to this and cook for 1 whistle or just in pan cook for 6 min and remove.
* Garnish with chopped corrainder leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot with roti, poori or as a sidedish for rice.

* Now add the chopped tomatoes and fry till it is mashed.
* Now add all the powders and 1/2 cup water and boil for 2 mins.
* Put the boiled rajma to this and cook for 1 whistle or just in pan cook for 6 min and remove.
* Garnish with chopped corrainder leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot with roti, poori or as a sidedish for rice.
