Raita tadkewala Recipe
Ingredients
| Yoghurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Finely chopped onion | 1 | |
| Finely chopped tomato | 1 | |
| Finely chopped green chillies | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander | 1 Tablespoon (for garnish) |
Directions
Add Chopped onions,tomato and salt to the yoghurt.
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Add mustard seeds ,cumin seeds ,curry leaves in the heated oil.
Now add this to the yoghurt and mix it well.
Garnish with coriander /cilantro.
Serve with biryani,pulao or paratha.
