10 grams green chillies
 
10 grams onion
 
1 pinch salt
 
10 grams tomato

Directions

1. Whisk the curd to fine consistency

2. Add all the ingredients and mix

Hey Shantihhh..the Chef mentioned Bhoondi (Gram Flour Balls/Besan balls) and not Bhindi ( Okra). Bhoondi can be made by mixing some water in Besan/Gram Flour to make a batter, add some salt and mix well. This batter can be poured into hot oil through a ladle which has holes in it. Thus the batter falls into oil as small droplets. This bhoondi can be used to make the famous 'Bhoondi Ladoo', it can also be used to make some real great tasting Raita. Just add bhoondi to the yogurt with some green chillies and salt to taste. Its a quick and tasty preparation.
