Ingredients

 1 unripe mango, peeled, stoned and roughly diced
 Coriander2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Green chillies2
 1/4 teaspoon ready-made bottled mint sauce
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Ground coriander1 Teaspoon
 Natural yogurt300 Milliliter
 1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
 Sprig of mint, to garnish

Directions

1. Place the mango, fresh coriander, green chillies, mint sauce, salt and sugar in a food processor and blend for about 2 minutes. Add the ground coriander and yogurt and blend for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the diced cucumber.
2. Transfer the raita to a serving dish and garnish with a sprig of mint.
