Raita with Mango Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 unripe mango, peeled, stoned and roughly diced | ||
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green chillies | 2 | |
| 1/4 teaspoon ready-made bottled mint sauce | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Natural yogurt | 300 Milliliter | |
| 1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced | ||
| Sprig of mint, to garnish | ||
Directions
1. Place the mango, fresh coriander, green chillies, mint sauce, salt and sugar in a food processor and blend for about 2 minutes. Add the ground coriander and yogurt and blend for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the diced cucumber.
2. Transfer the raita to a serving dish and garnish with a sprig of mint.
