Cucumber Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cucumber (about 1 lb), finely diced | ||
| 2 onions, peeled and finely chopped | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1 pint unsweetened natural yogurt | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
A cool, fresh-tasting accompaniment to Indian dishes, Raita can be made from a variety of fresh raw vegetables. Combine all the ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.
