Ingredients
| 3 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Plain yogurt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients.
Chill for 2 to 24 hours to develop flavors.
