Raisin Sauce For Ham Recipe
This extremely delicious Raisin Sauce is just going to make your ham extra delicious, without any doubt. Try it and pour over baked ham; you will sure feel that ham has never been this great!
Ingredients
Drippings from baked ham
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup seedless raisins
Sherry winte totaste (optional)
Directions
Combine 2 tbsp. drippings with flour, blending smooth.
Add pineapple juice and bring to a boil add raisins and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sherry before serving if desired.
Apricot juice or cider may be used instead of pineapple juice, and any dessert wine in place of sherry.
