Raisin Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup seedless raisins, washed and drained
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, Juice and grated rind of 1 orange
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Stir in water.
Cook, stirring, over medium heat 5 minutes.
Add raisins.
Cook, stirring, 5 minutes longer.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Serve with ham or pork.
Makes approximately 1 cup sauce.
