Raisin Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Warm water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Heat 2 cups water to boiling.
Stir in rice, salt, raisins, and butter; lower heat.
Cover; cook 30 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Mix dry milk and sugar.
Mix in 1 cup warm water until smooth.
Add milk mixture and vanilla to rice.
Stir over low heat until hot.
Cool to thicken.
