I noticed that you put the sugar and salt almost right next to the yeast. You might get a higher rising loaf if you put the sugar and salt with the liquid ingredients. This prevents the yeast from activating too soon. My dad taught me that..he was a professional baker for 30 years.

I tried this method and the bread did not rise at all and it had a very salty flavor. Best to stay with the tried and true recipe and add the ingredients as the video show or as your preferred machine suggest.
