Raisin Sauce For Baked Ham Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon gravy improver
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon mace
Directions
Simmer raisins and water about 15 minutes.
Add gravy improver, sugar, salt, cornstarch.
Cook until smooth and thick.
Add vinegar, cinnamon, mace and butter.
